Yeah he is having a great year but T.J. has played 2 less games and beats Myles in:

Tackles, sacks, forced fumbles, & fumbles recovered. As thing stands now T.J. is the favorite to win DPOY. Of course there is a lot of football left and obviously I'm biased lol.

Myles has played one game where he had 2 or more sacks.

TJ has had 5 games with 2 or more sacks and he's played in 2 less games than Myles.

DPOY isn’t just given to the leading sack holder. You’ve got to look at all assets of the players game.

I will say that the Steelers scheme lends towards Watt getting more sack opportunities. He mostly rushes on blitz’s and they blitz a lot. Don’t peg me on this, it’s only what I’ve seen in 3-4 games watching them play.

Meanwhile you see opposing offenses completely change their game to compensate Myles Garrett. As a Bengals fan I fear this man more.

TJ has been dropped into coverage 4x as many times as Myles. And has 78 less pass rushing snaps.

Plus TJ is better against the run.
