Wondering if the amount I cook it effects the content of iron.

More of a question for steak...I’d be cooking it medium well, just a little pink.

Also debating on buying pork

Eat horse meat if you care that much about iron.

I think so. I don’t eat much for red meat and don’t eat any veggies.

I’m starting today on a new diet and have a doctors appointment to find out for sure

If you lack iron eat kidneys/hearts, Turkey/chicken. 300g/week should be enough to cover the need.
