Being gay is defined by what one finds preferable or attractive, and I've seen enough gay porn to know very few people involved look like they're having anything tangentially related to a good time.

From what I've heard, it's entirely possible, and maybe probable, that she didn't want to work with an actor who did gay porn because they have different STD testing standards. I didn't verify any of this, so take it with a big grain of salt, that a lot of gay porn production companies don't require STD testing since they use condoms. So the actress might not have been homophobic, just worried about STDs.
