I've heard that Frozen Orb is the best with Full Iratha. Any other opinions? I've also heard mixed reviews on Hybrids.

What's Ni/ch ?

Orb/Firewall, or Orb with Es (max telekenisis and 1 into energy shield)
100 vit rest into mana (55 str) you can wear shard with irathas equipt (youll need 55str for helm) 55 str for a mage plate, or you can go 45 str
and wear twitch (for block and fhr str and 10 dex) and it will give you 55 str needed, ward needs 60 str so you may want to go to 50 nat str ( i always go 55 for mage plate)

not sure what you wana do but iratha build is gud for rush only, serious hybrid sorc need many+skills to make dmg
