Yeah, it's sadly becoming the norm. Unless your game is free to play, there shouldn't be micro transactions. The only thing that should cost money is map packs, and with the amount of maps currently in the game, at least the first pack should be free anyway.

Definitely the most fun with cod I've had in a long time. It still has a ton of issues that need to be addressed, though. Although I think many of the issues are due to people actually playing the game this year. The servers seem very inconsistent. Sometimes my connection seems to get me destroyed or make me invincible. Sometimes I die before I can even ADS, or I spend the game killing people before they can get a bullet off.

Yep... We'll see, but those issues usually can't be fixed, which worries me.
