First year is just listening to crying and being a "Butler". After year 1 it gets really fun of them walking and starting to talk and you can actually play with them a little more than just holding them all the time.

Yeah, I’m pretty excited. Anxious as well.

The saying time flys is very true, the days may seem long but before you know it, they will be in the teens and it just feels like yesterday.

My biological son turned 7 this year and it doesnt feel like he should be anything past 3 or 4 yet. (But I also only get to see him 6 out of 30 days because of Virginia's fucked up court systems)

The first year or so is pretty easy tbh. They kind of just lay there and don’t do anything. Once they start walking and being curious is when it gets difficult. I have a 2 1/2 y/o and he’s just getting into everything all the time. It’s exhausting but entertaining at the same time
