It doesn't need a pci-e 3.0 Lanes either to function at full capacity.
Buying a used 780ti is a waste of money as its old as fuck and no warranty.
Consumes more power also.
Your system will bottleneck with pretty much anything higher.

You'll need to invest in to a new pc if you want to play current games at a decent quality.

Though we all still have enough zero idea of your cpu and its current operating speeds so you this is all more or less speculation.

kepler also does not perform well at all in newer games
780 ti performs way slower than it should
960 levels sometimes
