Saying something will "never" happen, is pretty stupid.


It was done horribly, and it had almost NOTHING to do with the actual story. It's not unimaginable that down the road (maybe 10-20 years from now) somewhere, that someone will have enough sense to do one of the great book comic book stories justice, by telling it right. Could make for a fucking AMAZING 2-3 part stand-alone movie series later on, and I'd love to see it done right.

Spider-Man has been done 3 fuckin times. Batman 5? Superman twice. Fuck even fantastic 4 has been done twice.

Plenty of others too. So to say they wouldn’t remake/redo and X-men movie is absurd

I don't know if a live action Civil War movie is actually possible.

It'd need an insane budget and a huge cast. Would be pretty cool if it happened though.

So New Mutants is being pushed back so they can reshoot it. Word had it it wasn't scary enough, but someone who has been reliable with inside info on marvel says that it's the opposite and that it was too dark and they want to dial it back to be closer to IT and Stranger Things. It's unfortunate. Hasn't been confirmed for the reason, but they are reshooting and pushing the date back.

Would you rather they not make any movies?

I prefer movies getting pumped out left and right with huge budgets. I enjoy watching new things regardless of if they are mediocre or just decent.

If you dont like them just don't watch them lol.

This is slightly disappointing. Hopefully the studio fuckery isn't as bad as it has been with DC movies, else this could turn out bad. They are already taking a risk, including studio meddling ontop of that....
