Middleton looked pretty damn good considering he was coming off such a long layoff with that injury...and definitely looked like he was the same player. People seem to forget this dude just turned 26 like two weeks ago lol. Played in 29 games last season, shot his usual 45% from the field (right on his career avg) and 43% from deep. Averaged 15/4/3 in 30 min a game.
He averaged six fewer minutes per game than last season, but is putting up almost the same statistics on a per-36-minute basis as the season before: 18 points on 45.5 percent shooting, 4.9 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.6 steals.
Without a doubt Middleton is a far superior player over Crowder lol. Middleton is underrated, and he balls out on both ends of the floor at multiple positions. Plus, he's a lights out shooter from deep and knows how to use his size in the post against smaller guards.
