It's buried pages back and will be off the board due to post volume before any mod ever feels like doing anything about it. No real reason to lock it. OP there posts stuff in the trophy room claiming it's his when other regulars in the forum say he doesn't own it.
People have given the reasons that a white eth pb is an impossible item. Eth Tyrael's Might is also impossible, as is eth Leviathan. If it were possible then online item shops that use duped rw bases would be selling eth Griefs for the reduced requirements, if nothing else.
