This didn't cure my toxicity as i simply verbalize my opinions in a quasi schizophrenic way talking to my screen.
It will however cure me from getting perma'd again.
I wonder if i hit honor level 5 and no reports in year+ riot would unban my other account.

You have a stronger resolve than me. It's really hard for me to watch someone make the same mistake over and over again and not say a thing.
That first game, our TF was like 6 deaths at the 5 minute mark. He died, tp'd into lane and died a second time. walked back to lane now level 2 vs level 4, hes got 10 minions at his tower and he walks into opponent again and goes 0-3 by 4 minutes.
