As of yesterday, initial allotments are almost entirely preordered.
Are they doing more, or this only for pre-order?

It's a special edition so most like only preorders

They were sold out on amazon within an hour in US. In minutes in Germany.

They won't, for the same reason there won't be Pro only games for PS4. They need market saturation before they can make a move like that without slapping their customer base in the face.
