Also depends on muscle mass however because muscle is more dense than fat which can skew the BMI calculator.

Also 180 @ 5'9" is 26.6 BMI which is on the very low end of over weight - definitely not obese

I have a cheeburger randy gut which looks suspisciously like my fathers which looks suspisciously like his fathers and so on, how hard is this for you to grasp?

Yes, probably, i could starve myself and lose a significant amount of strength only to suffer disdension anyway and literally gain a malnourishment gut anyway. The whole argument is anecdotal anyways but the resemblances are rediculous, despite our vastly different lifestyles.

Usually the key to losing weight is to quit consuming sugar, unless it's pure fructose from fruit.

Drinks soda and coffee with lots of sugar and other sugary drinks, wonders why fat. Blames it on genetics.

I dont drink cofee, might have a gatorade now and again, did drink a litre of cola today, but shit happens dont act like youre perfect (no alcohol either)

I haven't drank soda in over 10 years, only sugar drink I do is 1 Gatorade directly after workout to replenish electrolytes. I make smart choices when it comes to food and my life style.
