Focus on mind muscle connection with push-ups if you aren't doing any bench variation. Repping out 25 solid, slower and controlled eccentric with explosive concentric > 42 sloppy joe up and downs. Throw in some different hand positions if you're feeling frisky.
I remember doing sets of 25 with 2-3 minute cooldowns up to 300. Ill start that tomorrow trying to get back into the swing of things.
