Since enemies are slower and you've got elemental damage to add in it's not as bad as you'd think, at least as far as I've experienced. You can get by with a "Black" knout or scourge just fine against things that are 50%+ slower. VoR works great against things that aren't cold immune (incidentally, there are no natural cold immunes in LK). I've gotten by

The ideal weapons that you could build, with a little luck, are Oath or Kingslayer. That said, I wouldn't pass up a chance at Honor in a Divine Scepter or Caduceus with +HF and +Zeal. And I've gotten through NM with King's Grace.

Of course, upped Zakarums's Hand with an ias/ed or Shael is good. Hand of Blessed Light is also an option. Heaven's Light would be awesome with Amn/Shael.

There are more options than you'd think. If you get a decent Akkaran Targe in NM you could do Rhyme for the improved MF
