They're family...Jon Snow is Rhaegar’s son and therefore a nephew to Rhaegar’s little sister, Daenerys. This is something that everyone figured out season 6...

Although incest isn't exactly uncommon in their families (or on this show in general rofl), it's unlikely that they'll do that.

To sum it up, it basically means that Jon Snow is Daenerys Targaryen's nephew (although they are only a year apart in age) and he would have a more legitimate claim on the throne than she would being a male heir.
