apocrypha isnt rly related to the earlier fate/x anime
it is slightly, but it wont hurt the other anime if you watch this one first.

You should definitely watch Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Zero in order to understand the key elements of Fate/Apocrypha. You will be confused about what is going on and what they are fighting for if you haven't watched the previous anime.

Even though people say Fate/Stay Night sucks, still watch it in the order it was released. I personally enjoyed Fate/Stay Night.
