You don't need Tabi against Garen because you can just E away. PD will destroy him. Ravenous+PD is better than Botrk+Shiv. Once you have ER after you can basically infinitely chase with short cooldown E

You use your fury to heal in situations where you really don't need to, losing all that bonus

Garen can't really do much once you get sustain anyways. I'm gonna try out an ER build when I hop on later. I thought that item was for mana lol
