Right now this is what I have:
Q6600
Gigabyte EP45-DS3R
4*2GB DDR2 RAM
3GB GTX580
Corsair TX650
1 SSD, 5 HDDs
Watercooling for Motherboard/CPU/VGA
2 Full HD 60Hz monitors

I like watching streams/movies while playing games and the Twitch HTML player seems to be using mostly CPU.
I'm also looking to swap my primary monitor to an LG 29UM58 ultrawide 2560*1080 monitor later on.
Since I don't have the money to change everything right now, I think swapping my CPU+motherboard+RAM first would be the best for me.
I'll want to change my VGA to a GTX 1060 (or similar price AMD), or it's next generation equivalent. (I'll also need to get a new cooling block for the VGA since only the CPU has universal one)

Is an i3-7100 enough or should I go for an i5-7400 or a Ryzen 5 1400
GIGABYTE GA-B250M-D2V and GIGABYTE GA-AB350M-HD3 are the 2 motherboards I've been looking at
For RAM, either a single piece: KINGMAX 16GB DDR4 2400MHz CL15
Or this kit: PATRIOT 16GB Signature DDR4 2400MHz CL16
The single one has slightly better timings and would be cheaper to upgrade but is slightly more expensive and you can't run it in dual-channel just by itself.

Don't see a budget

This. fill this out

Budget: include 2 budgets - what you can afford now, and what you can afford in xx days/weeks/months
More specific use (what games, what programs):
Planned time until purchase:
Do you need an Operating System?:
Do you have any specific preferred components?:
Do you need a sound or wireless card?:
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?:
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?:
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs)
Additional Notes: can put what order you want to purchase things.

Budget: ~500USD/140000HUF now, don't know what/when I will have more but I'll get a card that is around the price/power of GTX1060 (or if GTX1160 releases then maybe that or if an AMD is better value then that)
More specific use (what games, what programs): Raid: World War II (coming this summer) and some other games (probably also gonna get Destiny 2, GTA 5) at 2560*1080 and 1080p Twitch stream on other monitor.
Planned time until purchase: ASAP
Do you need an Operating System?: no
Do you have any specific preferred components?: no
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: no (I have an XFi Xtreme Gamer PCI but the driver is fucked up in Windows 10, it resets the sound to a specific value after every restart even after completely wiping it and reinstalling, so I might just swap to the integrated one if that's not much worse. I have a HyperX Cloud Headset.)
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: I have an XSPC X2O Delta block for the CPU and some universal one for the motherboard, will need to buy a new block for VGA
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: no
Zip code/location? Hungary, Budapest
Additional Notes:
Motherboard needs at least 6 SATA connectors.
First I want to buy CPU+Mobo+RAM (monitor and graphics card + water block later)
Don't have to spend all budget, if I save money now I'll be able to get the other stuff sooner. I just want a setup to fit my future graphics card in power for the stuff I want to use it.
Might also need a PCI connector for the sound card. Don't know how good integrated ones are or how expensive is a new one (preferably USB if it's the same sound quality as PCI-E)
Might also need a PCI-E connector if I decide to get a PCI-E SSD later on instead of the SATA one I have. (Can I put PCI-E 1x stuff into PCI-E 16x connector?)
I want 16 GB RAM that I might be doubling later on.

I'll guess I'll ask again about the VGA when I'll have the budget for it.

what case do you have? forgot to ask :)
need to make sure the mobo we pick fits in the case
i don't live in Hungary, Budapest so I will use the USD price you provided. if you cannot find the parts linked near you, we can swap some parts.
is there any theme you have with your build (black/red, white/blue or anything?)

the onboard sound provided by z270 asus boards are totally fine for a hyperx cloud headset.
you'll need a new cpu waterblock it seems too

That won't work generally Tom.
Eur prices have a mark up exceeding the exchange rate due to additional shipping costs.
You'll need to try and navigate his local Hungarian sites to accurately build a machine.

Or some standard Europe sites.
