so this does not break any rules:

go to runescape section > find a 07 gp seller
go to another source > find a rp card seller that accepts 07 gp

ask the 07 gp seller to give the gp to rp card seller > rp seller takes the gp and gives you the card

lemme know if you know a better way xD
