2/20/30frw/str/mana/2soc is the best combination there is on a helmet for soso. So it only have 4x mana base, and str is 7 from perfect. Its still rather high. There doesent exist many helm with this stat setup each realm, so when people calling it for shit its rather annoying, when half of this section don't really know What stats that mather in pvp.
