INTRODUCTION
This build is fairly inexpensive and is just a modified version of the already existing guide, just a tad different gear setup.
I just wanted to share my thoughts.
Note the mechanics of Werebear are different in regards to IAS, FHR, and FBR I believe. IAS not from the weapon does not apply to Werebears or Werewolves, FHR tables were something like 48 and then next is 86, FBR is really bad in Bear mode and getting max block is not recommended.
- Hits 5 frames, fastest possible attack speed for bears
- 48 or 86 FHR is recommended, most comes from the Dreams easily
- 47k - 72k that I've personally seen
- Pretty damn amusing PvM, viable PvP but requires the usual expensive max/ar/life charms

rest into Telekinesis for the ES absorb/dr thing w.e

Strength for Gear
Dex for Gear (the lower the block is actually better due to Bear mechanics--basically it's better to just tank the hit and charge em rather block and let the m keep attacking and you keep blocking while slowly taking hits as well resulting in a stun lock effect which is very bad)
All Vita
No Energy less you wanna orient your build that way which works too, just gotta keep an eye on mana levels
My personal setup is the following:
Weapon: Phase Blade - 95IAS, 15ED, 3AR, 20% Crushing Blow, 27 Fire Resist
Shield: Dream
Helmet: Dream
Armor: Chains of Honor
Belt: Dungos
Gloves: Dracul's
Boots: Gore Riders
Amulet: Mara's
Ring: Raven Frost
Ring: Stone of Jordan
She is doing 6-62K per attack which is SUPER fast, takes down Meph in 2-3 hits and Diablo in 3-5 hits. (One Shot Everything Else)
Thoughts
PRETTY DAMN AMAZING, WHOEVER CAME UP WITH THIS BUILD ORIGINALLY...WOW
Although Ursa-la is a Werebear, she is not a tank, and you must play cautiously somewhat.
Make sure your resists are up and you have various potions, mostly mana or juvies.
