Create an account for each LoD installation on Battle.Net and register your CD keys (you need to have at least 2 accounts, as Battle.Net only allows 1 instance of a game to be registered with an account. ex: you can't register Diablo 2 Vanilla three times on the same account, you'd need to have 3 accounts)

Download both installers and save them to your computer.

Install Diablo 2, Install LoD using the 26 digit CD key given to you by Battle.Net when you register your games

Make a copy of your install directory (don't move the existing install directory, just right-click "Copy" and paste it somewhere else).

Uninstall Diablo 2

Install Diablo 2 and LoD to a different location than before using the second set of CD keys.

Restore the first copied installation

Repeat if needed.

Play, using the first installation on one Windows User, and the other installation on a second logged on Windows User, using "Windows Key + K" to quickly switch between users.

Even if the above method doesn't work anymore, sandboxie/cameyo/vbox would be a surefire way to do it. diablo 2 battle.net i know for sure still does not check for duplicate ip connections

The site will not allow us to help regardless of what does or does not work if its against the ToS.
I personally do not like the flood timer so while You may I'd rather not get 10% over trivial shit.

What does their ToS have to do with d2jsp rules? JSP explicitly allows the trading of forum gold for virtual goods which is against the ToS of every game on this site that has a trading forum, except for maybe MTGO.

And this is not piracy/warez related or anything like that, so.. I'm simply not seeing the problem.
