But on an es blizz, it saves 6 hard skill points(for es and now no prebuff or es cta), +2 skills to blizz and cm, and the mods on it make up for only having 1os as compared to a magic orb thatll have no mods on it.
Those 10 hard points are pretty similar to 30% cold damage. Never actually tested to see dmg difference.
But if you are not using es, then this doesn't really compare to fathom.
