Chiefs extend Andy Reid's contract, but are parting ways with GM John Dorsey.

Wilson is better than every QB named in this post

Probably today. When he signed his contract, no.

I'd say Wilson is the most obvious example of that, but there are a good # of QBs recently who have received pretty silly contracts. Stafford, Dalton, Kaep, to nam ea few.

Although it is hard to blame the Seahawks for overpaying Wilson, given the franchise's success. It's still an overpay, but an understandable one. Similar to the Flacco situation, but Flacco is arguably a cut above what Cheesehead is talking about (an argument can be made for Stafford as well).

I love that Seattle gave Wilson a big contract. Remember about 5 years ago when Carroll and Schneider were geniuses for turning the team around so quick? And how everybody who understood how successful teams work said "let's see what happens when they have to pay these guys"? It's finally that time. Already a noticeable drop-off.

They never learn from their mistakes. Alexander is one of the best rushers in the league, oh, we can afford to lose Hutchinson, he's not that important. Alexander gets exposed as the sideways running bum he is and Hutchinson is now making holes in Minnesota where Peterson rushes for 2k lol.

Lul we don't need a good OLine when Wilson can break 12 tackles every play and Marshawn can run over everybody.
