Can someone do whatever to the sigs in my rotator

Apparently I put on any sig on this site and it’s in violation even though it’s 2017 and should have no effect on a forum this big.

Due to the nature of signature rotators, I can't be sure if I caught all of your violations. Be sure to check through all your uploaded images, and see if any of the images are larger than 400 x 150 pixels, or 70 KB file size.
Follow the steps in this guide, if you don't know how to do: Signature And Avatar Dimensions

I think they're fixed, idk, the instructions on how to check arent accurate for chrome anymore.
