Atheist here, former christian.


I'm wondering, at least in North America, with secularism on the rise and religion decreasing, how do you keep you faith and stay true to religion? Do you find it harder? Do you have doubts?


What do you do to stay strong?

i pray to God everyday and ask for strength to be a better person and to guide me through everything that i do. i also ask him to take away all of my anger and prejudice and fill my heart and soul with love and compassion.

i understand that everyone has their own beliefs and i don't judge people on them. my relationship with God is personal so i keep it to myself unless someone asks.

as far as staying strong and keeping the faith goes, i do it by praying and seeing the good things in life and appreciating them when i see it.
