Looking into upgrading some kitchen equipment - need advice on good types or good brands of cutting blocks.

The boardsmith is a very good brand. I don't have one myself but its one of my very next purchases. Each one is 100% hand made.

They are top of the line and quite expensive, not sure if that's what you're looking for.
