the real horror is the "we'll wait for it to crash" crowd. yeah, just you and millions of others who will flood the market to buy once it "crashes". prices are imo going to drop by a far lower percent than previous crashes, surely less than 2008. and without massive unemployment along with it the effect wont be nearly the same.
The credit card debt is the big issue this round.
