This is also coming from the state that purged like 500k likely voters and wiped voting computers before they could do a recount or audit on a system that had a huge security flaw that went unfixed for six months after the initial report.

One of the precincts the board plans to close actually has the MOST registered voters in Randolph County, and 95 percent of them are black. their intent couldn't be more clear if they tried.
