Voted yes because even tho you ask nicely to the one you trade with to put in a description it may be wrong or misspelled, it'd be nice to have your own personal way to add a description to your trade.

I'd say 80% of the people who send fg doesn't even type in the description, which should be an obligation, pretty much as transferring money from a bank account to someone's.

Some people don't fill out the comment, even if you ask friendly

I think obligatory wouldn't work, because people would avoid it by filling in some random characters.
