Well.. I gave the fhr and fcr bps for setups with and without enigma. So its kinda obvious what fcr bp u need, depending on the armor you use.

Fhr is always the same anyway (48 fhr).

Death BA setup:

20 from gloves+20 from amu = 40 ias
You can go for 56 ias, but youll need 16 ias more (By using IK Gloves+boots, but this aint worth it since 50 fr, 350 dmg to demons, cb and ds are better then 1 frame higher zeal)

Phase Blade setups: (LW+Grief) (Filled in '40' at IAS (non wep ias))

2 | 5/5/5/5/8 | 4.46
10| 4/4/4/4/8 | 5.2

For Grief setups we dont have to worry about ias anyways, any ias seems to be good.
For LW setup we need +10 ias (From Goldwrap or Nosfaratu's Coil).

For LW we have 40 ias (from Loh+Highlords).

For Grief we have between 70 and 80 ias (30-40 from grief + 20 from loh + 20 from hlords), to reach 72 ias, we need 32+ ias grief. (32+20+20 = 72).

FHR and FCR once again at '5. Breakpoints'
FBR not rly important since you cant get 86 fbr from items, and HS already gives you like a lot (After HS like 2 frames or smt).
Dmg Physical and dmg Dream you can see together in pictures, posted by Destiny010. Around 7k is from dreams, and Griefs damage is bugged as you already knew (I guess).
DR, LL etc you can find in the Gear section. You know Enigma has 8 dr, SoE up to 15% dr etc etc
Block is at the Stats and Skills section (Dex : For getting max block)
