no one wants a lvl 99 non respec barb

it's mostly to convert to lod. the others have a5 access iirc I am not completely sure but I'd say they do. just no sock quests left

I guess it is still possible to travel so if anybody wants to lvl these to 99 and get a handful of 99s they still can
