Some of the sale prices I’ve seen are mind blowing

People paying 100k-200k for something that you could barely give away 4 years ago

i can understand some of it, what i cant understand is some people getting into a bidding war, paying over asking for a property sight unseen

Canadas housing market is a bubble and will burst soon. (Maybe?)
