Subban talked me out of the coffee cocoa

I was a little worried when you mentioned the coffee cocao... But then again, I never tried something like that so I don't really know how it would turn out. Nice solid rub right there, sounds delicious.

I like to hold out the cumin and go for the ultra sweet rub. And i half the brown sugar to make the meat more meaty instead of completely melting in your mouth

The coffe coco I was going to do is

Chili powder
