It's more than enough for a single person, specially when the building has other amenities like gym, pool, sauna, etc. I'll be moving into a 550 sqft place next month and I'm trying to figure out how to use all the room I got...
/e for Edmonton it does seem very small for the price though, looking at the listed prices the 490 sqft unit goes for 300K... that gets you a 2 bed condo in most places or a townhome in the suburbs.
/e2 apparently the residential units start on the 30th floor so I guess the markup mostly comes from the unparalleled views. but Edmonton is sure to keep growing for a long time; I bet more towers of similar heights will get built and get in the way lol
600$ a square ft! What a crazy price. Fair, it does have unparalleled views and other amenities. There is a tower right to the north of us that’s currently being built. Which is a 54 story Marriott hotel, attatched to Rogers on the lower floors. And directly to the west there will be another 50+ Story tower going up as well which hasn’t even began to be started yet.
I will admit, I had to crawl across to the tower crane which is attatched to the building on the 34th floor and the view is incredible. Can’t believe how far j can see.
We’re pouring the 49th floor currently and have still 20 floors left. Once I’m up doing the resi suites I will be trying to post vids and photos of these small
Small ass suites.
E1) the 3 million dollar suites are only about 1100sqft iirc
