The guide is basically alright.

Gives all the options, yet lacks a bit in abusing the choices you can make. I'm missing a bit of emphasis on defense on every item for every build. ie: Grand crowns are basically no-go's for bvb, grims are just that much better. And.. Always walk, unless you are forced to run.

For the rest it seems like nice basic info for bvb's. Pretty nicely written.
