I think that image as well as a few others are generative AI pieces.
The internet is filling with them. Soon, you may not know which are real people and which are exceptional representations of people. Mind you, the moment that people use generative AI models which can mimic imperfections, then we are toast. Toast I say! No way to tell the diff between which uploaded img is real or mimicked.
