About the build, if u want tanky iron golem it makes much more sense to max golem mastery and blood golem and leave fire and iron at 1 and invest those points somewhere else. If u max iron his hp wont increase only the dmg return and def wich is rather useless as well.
Fire golem gives dmg syn to iron golem but that syn is rather useless for ur golem in terms making him tanky, your focus should be keeping iron golem alive so u can make him out of strong rw like beast for example later :D
