Creating the Event
1 - Click the "Events" button in the top right corner of your d2jsp window.
2 - Click the "Add New Event" button in the top right corner of your d2jsp window.
3 - Fill out the "Event Caption" box by using the drop down menu to pick your realm/core. Remember to select "Xfer/Mule" as the last option.
4 - Fill out the "Event Description" box with a brief description of what you need.
5 - Fill out the "Date" box with an applicable date for your event.
6 - When finished click the "Add New Event" button in the bottom.
Requesting a Mediator
7 - When the event has finished creating it should now be listed under "My Events". Click on your newly created event to enter it.
8 - To request a Mediator for your event press the "Request Mediator" button in the top of the event. A Mediator will then contact you with further instructions.
Note: Remember a Mediator is a human being like you and I. They are dedicating their free time to help out around the forums, so if no one is contacting you immediately after you've pressed the button, just be patient.
