Re-create a new game to ensure you don't get TD's from previous Event, as for the other modifiers, they may have converted over.

I'm new and I don't understand - how does this event boost muting?

transmuting items gives you essences, which rerolls them when used. this event gives higher chance of better stats based on magic luck and item stat quality
