I would love to see an event or skill for well detection where the blue dot shows up on your catacombs map before you randomly come across the well. It might take you the whole map to finally get to it based on how some of the catacombs maps are, but at least you would know it was there.
Though a worthy idea, this is the very aspect that pushed the loot into the floor. The more and more mods we add, the less often the desired ones actually show up.
The well should literally just be in town, especially given how the results of welling sessions.
