what exactly does this do? does high monster level give better drops? Or just make them harder?
IE: if you are level 50 then monsters can be range 47-53, they will most likely always be 53 in a td?

If the monsters would get +3 levels for example they would get +12 levels instead now with this event, that is how i think it works

and harder monsters do drop better items (if that means statwise? idk..)
But def alot more whites and higher level items drops

It's kinda like running a high mons diff map, they give a ton of whites

When you go through a TD it increased the level of the mobs spawning. So you start finding higher tiers at a lower level. Say a lvl 35 finding lvl 50 gear off eps because they are down several TDs. This event increases the amount the lvl increased by 400% the normal value.
