I agree on not taking the fg, especially especially especially when you screen to Zeke on 3rd and 12 the play before, i was livid!

Is rhamondre injured? I feel like he mustve been especially since zeke stayed in a lot after the early fumble.

And yea... Boutte... this is the big leagues buddy, gotta toe drag. The first one was all on him, the second one he was pushed, but still you gotta get those toes down!!!

he had an illness

is it just 20 years of greatness that makes my interpretation of last year and this year like this: dig early hole from self inflicted wounds like turnovers or penalties, chug along down 2-3 possessions for the 2nd and 3rd Q, and then 4th Q get within 1 possession saying we had a chance. Thats just a bad team or a losing team, no? sheesh.

lol its like they only ever look good in the 4th, just to fall short a yard or catch a ball out of bounds.

Solid points but his rookie year was fantastic and only a clown would rate a year with Matt Patricia and Joe Judge splitting offensive cord duties

I'll wait until Mac Jones has an actual #1 WR like every other elite QB in the NFL has before I give up on him
Davante Parker and Jakobi Meyers as #1....LMK which QB is putting up much better numbers with the equivalent
Great? Nah? Good enough? Easily.

Would like to know how someone watches that Dolphins game and sees the Patriots on their 5th and 6th tackles (one with the team for 2 weeks) and doesn't say Mac played a fantastic game all considered.
Can we give Mac more than 2 seconds? Believe it was 10 plays under center, 10 runs up the middle
Can't block...so, can't run.....so, can't play action.......at least get a #1 WR if that's going to be your offensive philosophy

So far the QB's he lost had
Smith + Brown vs. Bourne and Boutte(55 snaps #2 on offense) who?
Hill + Waddle vs. Parker and Bourne

See the trend in the first 2 games? Mac isn't going to play a single game where he has the best receiver on the field other than MAYBE against the Giants.

Yeah I honestly am not on the blame mac train, he has played okay considering this year.

My biggest problem with him is that he isn't even managing the game correctly, he's throwing an interception every game because he's forcing the ball into tight coverages as if he wants to score 7 every time he throws.

I'm all for big plays but if you watch mac, he will almost always have like 6 really really bad decisions when releasing the ball.

I'm not sure he is cerebral enough. He just makes so many mistakes that he isn't correcting

So Trent Brown played 100% of the snaps against the Eagles but missed the Dolphins game due to a "concussion" injury

HOW SHOCKING that his "concussion" lasted until Wednesday when he put pen to paper on a bump deal
That's the fastest healing one I think I've seen considering just how cautious the NFL is with these situations
Sickening

This was no different than what Judon did.....at least Judon has performed over the last 2 seasons so he deserved his bump

Franchise is a disgrace right now. Losing games over 2 million + 4 million dollars

Adam Schefter
@AdamSchefter
New England OT Trent Brown agreed to a revised, improved contract with the Patriots, with the team adding $2 million worth of incentives to his contract for this season, making his deal worth up to $13 million total compensation. Brown still is set to become a free agent after the season. The deal was negotiated by agent Drew Rosenhaus and Patriots’ executive Matt Groh.

What are you guys making of this? I'm think it's either
Bill covering his ass letting everyone know he hasn't been handling all major personnel moves by himself, so this GARBAGE roster isn't on him
or
Jonathan Kraft taking over the team and letting everyone know there's actually someone who has been handling some of Bill's duties. Time to get to know him because Bill is on the way out

I'm thinking it's #2 because considering the salary book, 2024 is the perfect year to transition into a new ERA since they haven't invested any money beyond this season and that is obvious with the garbage we're seeing on the field and with their "real money spent"
