are the starter cards worth anything?

sometimes you have 2-3 cards which wort 0,5-1-2 tix
but most of the time they are worthless

Is there a list of potentially good cards that can spawn in the starter deck?

i think they are always the same
it depends when you made the acc

because you get some basic cards who everyone get
and some from the new edition
if you are lucky there are 1-2 cards who worth sometihng
