It is recommended to post your progress on forum to get constructive criticism. I am checking this forum quite often and post when I have something to say but there are people with much more knowledge and experience than me who can help you out.

I know the struggle to find time - I am in the same position as you. But it doesn't have to be hours a day, practicing specific elements can take only 10 to 20 minutes. I have been busy with sketching and logo design and I get quite a bit out of it doing only about 30 mins practices at the time maybe once or twice a day. Watching online lessons and others progress takes some time, though.
