I'm very rusty too, but it looks like the lighting is off. Poor use of the negative space (it's just there, doing nothing for your subject, if anything distracting from it). She is also rather poorly rendered and then not blended into the background enough, she feels like she's popping out, but the smudging doesn't lead my mind to believe that's how she's supposed to look. These things combined make the flow pretty off. My eyes know the girl is the subject, but the smudging near the bottom left is the only thing I want to look at. I would also not personally use that render/stock, but that is what I think given what you have
