Hmm one question..

If you put an acc charm with ee...this charms ups ur ee about the principal charm?

For example if i have in normal charm a Fire with 120 ee and i put in acc charm a another fire or wind charm with 124 ee...this last charm up the damage of the first?

Enhanced Effect only affects the item of which it is a mod.

In other words, EE does not stack.
