By the numbers and what you get.... Draisaitl is the better hockey player and worth more to the team.

I agree with most of this. Drai's shooting% though is ridiculous and isn't sustainable. Once it comes back down to earth a bit the point totals will level out

Draisaitl is by far the better of the two this year so far. Since the unbelievable goal vs rangers mcdvaid has actually been relatively quiet.

But this is a good thing. Team doesn't have to rely on him as much as they once did. Taking a bit of pressure of mcdavids shoulders.

?? Drai has been amazing for the last 4-5 seasons, it's not like someone is suddenly appearing to take pressure off of McDick

Regular season is what it is. Oilers are in the same boat as the Leafs at this point, get all the regular season goals/points you want. Depth will get exposed in playoffs
