Another concern is that it took me ~900k gold to run to ancients because Fiona dies in 1 hit.

Edit : you really need to farm for cold res charms. Even nm lk can help andnis much safer and easier. Imo charm hunt just a tad before to help cap out some other resists. Fire too vs wave 3 and 4
